If there are no suitable dates available please complete the booking form indicating the dates that best meet your requirements. Please indicate a range of dates if possible. We may be able to add additional dates to the calendar when there is sufficient notice and demand.

Please be advised, if cut and wrap directions are not provided 8am the day after the weights are provided, then “Butchers preferred choice” will be done.

Please be aware that membership is required to have livestock processed at the Salt Spring Abattoir.
Although the calendar for 2023 is currently booked, we are still taking bookings and putting people on a wait list. Subject to staff availability there may be additional spots or days added in Oct/Nov/Dec and January for lamb and goat processing.
